THE BUSINESS END OF STARTING YOUR OWN FIRM
Tuesday September 9th, 2008
6:00 – 8:30 PM (CE Credit 1.50 hrs)
The Business End of Starting Your Own Firm: Really, do you need a business license? What if you're practicing out of your house? When should you get an office or hire employees? What if it's side work while full-time at an office? Do you really need liability insurance? How about errors & omissions insurance? Where, how & why to get health insurance? What about for your employees? Should you incorporate? S-Corp vs. LLP, etc.? Taxes?!? We don't need no stinking taxes! Or do we?
