Annie Hong, AIA, LEED AP
Annie Hong joined Gonzalez Goodale Architects in 2008. Over the past 9 years she has contributed her collaborative design, technical and management skills to a large number of mixed-use housing and K-12 education projects. She is a dedicated team player distinguished by her strong commitment to client service, quality design, and positive nature. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree from the University of California, Berkeley.


Rick Gonsalvez, Coda Compliance

Rick Gosalvez leads Coda Compliance, entitlement management software for real estate developers. Prior to co-founding Coda Compliance, he pioneered a partnership with Rockefeller’s 100 Resilient Cities as Trimble’s market manager for local government where he had global responsibility for Trimble eGovernment solutions and grew the portfolio more than 20% annually.

Rick is an alumni of San Jose State’s award winning Masters of Urban Planning program and has also worked in both regional and local governments for land use development, advanced planning, policy analysis, and mega infrastructure project planning. He is an active member of the American Planning Association and Urban Land Institute.

About Coda Compliance
Coda Compliance is a digital information service and analytics provider for the Real Estate Market. Founded in 2017 to make city approvals less risky, faster and more affordable with on-demand pre-development services.



Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least one week prior to the event will be refunded, less a $10 cancellation and processing fee. No refunds for cancellations will be given after that time. No refunds shall be issued for no-shows. Registration may be transferred to another individual.” AIAPF reserves the right to cancel any event where the minimum number of pre-registration registrants is not met. If such a cancellation occurs, registrants will be notified and given the opportunity to select an alternate and comparable event to attend. In the event such an alternate and comparable class is not available, then the registration fees will be refunded as appropriate. Further, dates, times, classes, program subject matter, instructors, panelists and fees are subject to change, without notice, at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of AIAPF.
