Jordan Cammarata, New Projects Consultant, Steelcase

Jordan serves as a New Projects Consultant for Steelcase in Southern California. A graduate from Philadelphia University with a degree in Industrial Design with over 13 years of product and business development experience within organizations ranging from start-ups to multinational companies and state & local governments. Jordan has a passion for sustainable design, the circular economy and the zero-waste lifestyle. He represents Steelcase, the furniture partner selected to furnish The City of Santa Monica’s, City Hall East, the greenest municipal building in the world. 


Amber Richane, City of Santa Monica Architecture Services – Senior Design Manager

Environmental stewardship is central to Amber’s life, from the solar powered electric car she drives to her ongoing conservation projects at her home and children’s schools, she strives to eliminate waste and carbon in all that she does. This passion for protecting our Earth drives Amber’s career, and ultimately lead her to California.
Amber now calls Santa Monica home and worked for one of the largest architecture firms in the world leading the Performance Driven Design (PDD) studio both domestically and internationally on deep green projects. After many years and much travel, Amber made a career switch to the Architecture Services Division of Public Works at the City of Santa
Monica and is a Senior Design Manager. She is the Project Manager for the greenest municipal building in the world, City Hall East (formerly called the City Services Building). City Hall East is pursuing full Living Building Certification, administered by ILFI, and has completed construction on-time and under budget for the 50 th Anniversary of Earth Day, April 22,  2020. Amber will continue working with the building to complete the performance period necessary for certification as well as other sustainable projects throughout the City.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least one week prior to the event will be refunded, less a $10 cancellation and processing fee. No refunds for cancellations will be given after that time. No refunds shall be issued for no-shows. Registration may be transferred to another individual.” AIAPF reserves the right to cancel any event where the minimum number of pre-registration registrants is not met. If such a cancellation occurs, registrants will be notified and given the opportunity to select an alternate and comparable event to attend. In the event such an alternate and comparable class is not available, then the registration fees will be refunded as appropriate. Further, dates, times, classes, program subject matter, instructors, panelists and fees are subject to change, without notice, at any time at the sole and absolute discretion of AIAPF.
